View stats and performance analytics

Finding and managing your leads helps you spot potential customers, stay organized, and turn prospects into loyal clients.


From the Dashboard, click on Analytics

OR

From the dashboard, select the Analytics section.

You can select the campaign you'd like to see it's performance analytics from the highlighted part.

You can also select a date range to view its performance analytics

You can view the performance stats following in the red highlighted box. Take note of the colors and what they represent.

Here’s what each means:

  • Blue (Total Visitors): The total number of people who viewed your campaign.
  • Green (Unique Visitors): The number of distinct individuals (no duplicates).
  • Red (Finished Chat): The number of users who completed a chat interaction.
  • Purple (Created Chat): The number of chats that were started/created.

Take note of the control panel for the analytics chart. Here's what it means

  • ➕ Plus sign → Zoom in
  • ➖ Minus sign → Zoom out
  • 🔍 Selection Zoom → Box zoom (drag to zoom into a selected area)
  • 🖐️ Hand icon → Pan (move the chart around)
  • 🏠 Home icon → Reset to default view
  • ☰ Stacked lines → Options menu (download the chart in SVG, PNG and CSV)

You can see your Campaigns Visitors by name, Email and Country.

You can also see the visitors by Location and the Most Viewed Campaign.
