How to connect Zendesk

Seamlessly link your pages to Zendesk to provide smooth, real-time support. With this connection, you can manage customer inquiries efficiently and ensure every visitor gets the help they need without leaving your site.

From the Dashboard, scroll down the left menu and click on Integration

From the Navigation menu, select Support Desk, then click on Zendesk

You'll be required to enter your Domain, Email Address and API Token for Zendesk

Then, Click on the Connect with Zendesk button to save.
