How to connect FreshDesk

Quickly connect your pages to Freshdesk to streamline customer support. With this setup, you can manage inquiries efficiently, respond faster, and ensure every visitor gets the help they need.

From the Dashboard, scroll down the left menu and click on Integration

From the Navigation menu, select Support Desk, then click on FreshDesk

You'll be required to enter the Domain and the API key for Freshdesk

Then, Click on the Connect with Freshdesk button to save
