Smart Ticket creation on your support desk

Unanswered customer questions can slow down your support and leave users frustrated. By enabling Smart Ticket Creation, any query your AI Agent can’t handle is automatically sent to your support desk. Follow this guide to set it up and ensure every customer request gets a timely response.


From the Dashboard, select AI Agent

Select the AI agent that you want to add the Smart Ticket Creation to and click on the edit button, or create a new AI agent if you don't have one

Enter your training information (if you are training a new AI Agent), then scroll down to support "Choose your support desk" option and select the support desk to receive the request and click on the Update & Train AI button to save your settings
