How to customize chat panel appearance and performance

This guide shows you how to customize your chat panel’s appearance and performance. You’ll learn how to adjust colors, layout, and settings to make the chat panel look great and work smoothly.

After you have created your campaign on the Drag and Drop conversational flow builder and saved it, click on the continue button  

It'll take you to the page where you can customize chat panel appearance and performance.

You can customize your chat panel to match your brand. Adjust colors for the chat background, header, header text, message sender and receiver, as well as the message box and profile image styles.

You can adjust the Appearance Settings with the menu by your left. Adjust profile image, header bar, profile name, message notification sound, placeholder text, and chat position

After setting up your chat appearance, click the Preview button at the top right corner of the page to preview your campaign

You can preview your campaign on different device types: phone, tablet, or computer. Select any device to see how your campaign will appear before continuing.
