Drag and drop conversational campaign builder

The Drag and drop conversational campaign builder makes it easy to design interactive campaigns without coding. Simply arrange, connect, and customize elements to create engaging conversations that guide your audience seamlessly.

From the Dashboard, select Campaign from the left menu.

Then, click on the edit icon to access the drag and drop editor

Hold your left cursor down and move the tab around with your mouse pad

To add any feature to the drag and drop editor, search the feature or scroll through the available features to select a feature from the left menu, then drag it to the editor

You can use the edit button next to the campaign name to quickly rename your chat. Just click it, type in the new name, and hit enter to save.

To delete a tab, click on the delete icon

Note: You can't delete the first tab

To link one tab to another, simply click the plus sign (+) on the tab, then drag and connect it to the (+) sign of your desired tab.

To delete a link between tabs, hover over the connecting line, click the cancel icon that appears, and the link will be removed.

You can use the tools at the bottom left corner to help you navigate the drag-and-drop editor:

➕ Plus sign – Zoom in to see your workflow in closer detail.

➖ Minus sign – Zoom out to view more of your workflow at once.

🔄 Reset icon – Re-center your canvas to the default view.

🔒 Lock icon – Lock or unlock the canvas to prevent accidental moves.

You can use the buttons at the top right corner to manage your project:

Clear – Erase everything on the canvas and start fresh.

Save – Save your current progress so nothing is lost.

Preview – See how your campaign will look and work before publishing.

Continue – Move to the next step in building your campaign.
