How to setup agency brand details

Setting up your agency brand details in Landrr helps you customize the platform with your own branding. This tutorial will guide you through the setup process.

From the dashboard, scroll down the left menu and click on Agency. You will see links to Agency Settings and the Agency Users, select the Agency Settings

The Agency Settings is where you can customize the agency branding details and assets.

You'll be required to first enter your SMTP settings

"Your From Name" is the name your recipients would see (e.g., Our Gifting Shop).

"Your From Email" is the email address used to send emails (e.g., support@ourgiftingshop.com)

The SMTP host is the mail server address

Port is the connection port (commonly 587 for TLS or 465 for SSL).

The User Name is usually your full email address.

The Password is your email account password

You'll also be required to enter the agency settings for your agency account

"App Name" is the name of your Agency

You'll be required to set the colors, with the rgb color codes, to fit your agency colors. You'll need to enter your Theme Color, Button Background color, Button Text Color, Slidebar Background Color, Sidebar Text Color, Sidebar Text Color, Sidebar Footer Color.

The "Description" would be the necessary information about your Agency and what your agency is about.

You'll be required to click on the highlighted blue box for App logo to change your app logo, Mini Logo to change your mini logo and the Favicon to change your Favicon

Please note the dimensions for each of the logos. App Logo (180 x 40), Mini Logo (40 x 40) and Favicon(20 x 20)

Domain name is the domain name for your Agency. Click the Update button when you've entered the domain name for your agency.

When you click on the "How do I set up my custom domain" text, it'll show you the information below, guiding you to add a custom domain.

The Support Link is the link to your support desk, so that your clients can reach out to you if they encounter any issue.

Once done with your agency brand customizations, you can click on the Update Settings button.
